Sometimes words aren't enough. Communicators at American Airlines needed a tool for the moments when a topic was better shown than explained. So we built a tool from scratch.

American Minute is a short-form video series designed to break down complex topics in sixty seconds or less. The concept, format, and production approach were developed entirely in-house. Topics ranged from aviation safety to international travel regulations, things that matter deeply to customers and team members but tend to get lost in dense written communications.

The format worked because it it was audience and medium focused.

One minute. One idea.
